Raj: It was indeed very, very gradual, and the seeds were sown when I was a medical student. But when I retired from government service, I left Kalakkad in 2002. What she called total pain, physical, psychosocial, and spiritual, and she started addressing it. Was it that thunderclap moment? What do you think about that?
