Raj: It was indeed very, very gradual, and the seeds were sown when I was a medical student. But when I retired from government service, I left Kalakkad in 2002. And I remember the Pallium is set up, for listeners at home, there’s a hospital that takes care of people who are imminently dying or need immediate care.
