So when I got to a residency and at that point I was in residency 1999 to 2002 and we were being taught to screen everyone no matter what. If you know that there’s a group that you don’t treat even after they’re diagnosed, it causes anxiety, but you’re not causing them harms from treatment. It can be stressful.
