So when I got to a residency and at that point I was in residency 1999 to 2002 and we were being taught to screen everyone no matter what. So that would be palatable to the community that I could look at, whether we were over-screening those 80 and older. So maybe the oldest age group. So that’s how it got started. Mara: Exactly.
